App Store Connect takes 1320 × 2868 for the 6.9" iPhone and 2064 × 2752 for the 13" iPad, plus the older accepted sizes in each family. Design once at the largest size and export the rest from the same file.

Where do my screenshots go?

They stay on your device. The editor runs in your browser and keeps your projects and images there, so an unreleased app never leaves your machine.
